This place feels like a second home to me— the hotel is impeccably maintained, clean, and conveniently located near the metro station, which is especially beneficial for my travels to Gurgaon. The culinary experience is delightful, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was initially assigned a twin-bedded room upon arrival. However, Satyam promptly addressed the situation the next day, effortlessly managing the room change and ensuring a seamless transfer of my belongings. What truly stood out was the consistent follow-up. I must commend Vinit for being an outstanding asset to the team. His ever-present smile, humility, and professional demeanor make him a true gem and an aspiring hotelier. Despite my reluctance, I had to bring certain tech requirements to Kunwar's attention; the Hotel Manager and I appreciate his swift resolution despite the necessary assertiveness. My visits here have become a routine due to the comfort it provides, and the added benefit of a gym further enhances my experience. Notably, the food has become a favorite among my colleagues and friends, earning kudos for the entire team. I extend my gratitude to the entire team for consistently creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

Stayed for 7 days with awesome hospitality. Especially being a high cholesterol patient, they took every effort to make my meal as per my health. Khudos to Sameer, I have tortured him so much with my specifications and he followed it every time. The housekeeping staff on the 6th floor is so good and also the people at the receptions

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ginger Noida City Centre, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this hotel prioritizes customer service, and one individual, in particular, made my stay truly exceptional - Suraj. Suraj went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm welcome upon arrival set the tone for my entire visit. I would surely recommend this property in Noida and will continue to visit it in future.

The only decent thing about the hotel was the location, which was pretty close to the premises I was visiting. Otherwise, if you are looking for a decent stay, please avoid.

Very good service , all staff is very polite and helpful. Especially in restaurant Mr Anoop gives very good service, food is very nice. I would love to come back again here.

Tata maintains its level, great hotel at this price . Staffs are so much polite and eager to help. Hotel is situated just beside the noida electronic city metro station. All in all great experience.
